Qualifications, we usually hope for
As a Unifier, you will collaborate with a diverse range of customers, ranging from medium to multinational corporations, and work across various industries, which will provide you with valuable exposure and unparalleled personal and professional growth.
You will be the trusted advisor and partner to our customers’ executive leadership teams, helping them release their potential through the power of now and you help them in how to think differently in their journey through a business transformation. Ideally, you will be part of the customer’s journey from the shaping of the transformation, through the changes and into the success of the new ways of working and organising.
Hence a rough guideline for profiles matching our business is:
- Consultancy experience is regarded as a plus
- Experience in managing projects and supporting management decisions
- Skills, experience, and/or passion that matches our services
- Experience Safe, Agile ways of working and/or Project Management certifications is regarded a plus
- Ability to present, communicate, and interact professionally with people in various positions and organisational levels
- Being a great colleague who prioritizes to help and support other colleagues' projects
